At Celestial Seasonings, we want you to be fully satisfied with every cup of tea; if your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns on shelf-stable products. Due to the perishable nature of food items, please ensure all packaging remains sealed and untampered with to qualify for a refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Care team via our online portal or email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return.
- 2.Wait for Authorization
Our quality assurance team will review your request within 48 hours to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack the unopened items in their original shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned tea, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, typically appearing within 5-7 business days.
